Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and unopened in its original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase order number.

We will not accept returns for items without an accompanying order number, opened packages, used items, or eGift Cards purchased directly through Wrapcity Nails or any other vehicle.

To start a return, you can contact us at letswrap@wrapcitynails.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please include all applicable product information i.e., product name, number, order number and the reason for your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Partial refunds may be issued for returns requested in excess of 30 days or for any damage incurred during shipping or through no fault of Wrapcity Nails. Partial refunds will be decided on an individual basis and is at the sole discretion of Wrapcity Nails.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a restocking fee will be deducted, and the difference will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund as well. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to post to your account.
